Всем доброго дня! Опишу свою ситуацию. Еще в середине ноября заказал на али планшетники, продавец как и положено все отправил и дал трек номера. С деталях заказа срок доставки был 60 дней (на НГ вроде как увеличили срок). НО вот прошло уже 60 дней, я открыл диспут о неполучении. По треку посылка в статусе "вылетела в страну назначения". За пару дней до открытия диспута я написал продавцу в заказе о том что у нас проблема и спросил у него варианты решения, на что было полное молчание. Диспут я открыл 11 января. Сегодня мне в агент написал другой китаец, представился менеджером того магазина и попросил отменить диспут. На что я ответил что не могу этого сделать т.к. товар еще не получен. Он сказал что после того как я отменю диспут он продлит время доставки, и в случае чего я снова смогу открыть диспут. Это правда или наглая ложь? Насколько я понял после закрытия диспута он заказ автоматически закрывается и деньги уходят продавцу.

Что делать? Ждать еще 15 дней и переводить в претензию?
