Please be advised that Paypal is no longer a supported payment method here in AliExpress. Therefore, it is good that you have declined the seller's proposal.
In addition, please be advised that for a refund, if it will be processed, it will me made back to your original account used to pay the order. Since you have used credit card, then the refund can only be made to your credit card account.
Also, after checking our database, I learned that the case for Order 1120433589 is still being processed by our Case Management Team. Therefore, there payment has not been released yet to the seller and is actually being kept in the platform, until such time that the case will be closed with a verdict or result reached.
As a service provider, I strongly advise that you do not cancel the claim. Cancellation will only lead to the release of your payment to the seller and once it happens we no longer have access to the funds and won't be able to process a refund.
Lastly, please be guided that in order for the case to move forward, you need to confirm with us whether the goods are received within 4 days.
The due date for your payment to be released to the supplier is in 4 days. To ensure that your payment is not released before the claim is processed, please upload any persuasive evidence before the above due date.
Please note that failure to upload the evidence before the above date will release the money to the supplier and the claim will be cancelled. Also, you will be ineligible to file another claim for this issue.
