Over a month ago I wrote you a letter about discounts for international delivery.
You promised to think and there is still no answer.
The website writes about "5 star service", but why is this amazing service available only to U.S. citizens? We are customers too and as in any other store we want to have fair discounts.
I often get e-mails about discounts for America, but I can not use them! Since March, you have not had any discounts for other countries. I am sure that people in other countries often make orders on your site. If you started to make discounts, offer codes for other countries, we would buy more. Now non-US customers spend more money on shipping than on the items they actually buy.
Quite a lot of goods from your website are delivered to Russia. It's time to make discounts for us too! We would be grateful if you made offer codes on Christmas or New Year. These are holidays for all countries. This is the time of biggest discounts in a lot of shops. We really hope that your store will please us in honor of the holiday.
