VS супер мою первую посылку за один день собрал 
Где можно посмотреть трек-номер,если письмо не пришло на мейл до сих пор?
И если статус all item shipped ,я так понимаю могу спокойно заказывать вторую посылку и не думать о том,что посылки объединят(если на разных получателей)

девочки, подскажите пожалуйста. Ситуация такая: я была в числе тех, кто не может получить заказы обычной почтой. Написала письмо в викторию, что не получила заказ и хочу вместо него другой. Они прислали UPS. НО! одной вещи не оказалось в наличии. Я им написала, чтобы вместо нее они положили 2 другии (в сумму вписываюсь)
Они мне сегодня прислали 2 письма:

Алгоритм действий прочла) кроме 590 руб. (за оформление документов) что еще надо будет заплатить?

Девочки, привет. В последней моей посылке пришло бандо без камушка, письмо я им написала, фото приложила. Пришел ответ, типо вышлем новое и получите в течении 22 дней

Подскажите, пожалуйста, в таком вот случае что делать? Отменять заказ и оформлять все по новому? А если не отменять, то что делать? Как написать VS другой номер карты? Спасибо.
