First, I'd like to double-check that you're following the instructions listed on your Groupon, which can be found by signing in at
www.groupon.com/mygroupons. Just click "View Voucher" to view your Groupon or "View Details" for more information about this deal. You'll find the instructions for redeeming it under "How to use this" in both places.
For your convenience, I've included these instructions below:
1. Pull up your Groupon.
2. Visit Ideel.com
3. Create account or sign into existing one.
4. Select desired product(s) and "Add to Cart."
5. Once you are in your cart, enter the redemption code located in the center of your Groupon into the "Add a Promotional Code" field & click "Apply". You will see the discount reflected in your cart.
6. Provide billing, shipping, & payment information, and "Place Your Order."
8. Your item(s) will be shipped by Ideel.
The code you should be using is: *******
If you've already tried entering this code and are still having trouble, I recommend contacting the business's customer support team. Because they're more familiar with their website, they should be able to easily assist you with the redemption process.
If you've done all of this and still aren't able to use your Groupon, let me know and I can take over from there!
