What happened to my ideel account?
Your billing records were transferred to your Groupon account if you had one. If not, you now have a brand-new Groupon account and you can log on to Groupon with your ideel.com login info.
As part of Groupon, you’ll have access to the premium brands you loved on ideel as well as countless other deals. We offer Local deals for businesses in your area, and discounts on Goods ranging from things for the home, electronics, clothes and more. Our Getaways deals include savings on trips and hotel reservations all over the world.
How do I log into my ideel account?
If you didn’t have a Groupon account previously, you can now log in to Groupon with your ideel.com login info.
If you already had a Groupon account, you can log in using that information. If you’re having trouble logging on, try and reset your password. If you used different email addresses for both sites, contact us for assistance in merging your accounts.
You will then be able to shop ideel by Groupon.You don’t have to be logged in to browse, but you must be logged in to complete purchases.
How do I return an item I bought from ideel.com?
To see if your item is eligible for a return, consult your order confirmation email to see the item’s return eligibility. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Unless otherwise noted on a product page or in your order information online, you may request a return authorization of any eligible item up to 14 days from the day the item is shipped from ideel. All items must be postmarked by January 10, 2016, to receive a refund. Any items postmarked after January 10, 2016, will be returned to you. Once you complete your return, you will receive a refund in your original form of payment minus an $8.95 return shipping charge.
What happened to my ideel store credit?
The credit that you had from ideel has been refunded back to you! It was refunded back to the credit or debit card that was on file. Please allow up to 10 business days for your card statement to reflect the update. If you don’t have a credit card on file, a check was emailed the address on file. What happened to my ideelist points?
We appreciate your participation in the ideelist loyalty program! Since you can no longer use your remaining ideelist points, we’ve converted them to Groupon Bucks, which you can use on any future Groupon purchases until they run out. There will not be an ideelist program on Groupon, but we frequently send special offers and discounts to our loyal customers.
What are the benefits of shopping ideel on Groupon.com?
Ideel has moved to Groupon.com! With Ideel joining Groupon, you’ll now have access to the designer brands they carried, plus you’ll be a click away from everything else Groupon has to offer. You’ll also be able to enjoy Groupon’s Free Shipping and Free Returns policy, which applies to most products.

I placed an order on ideel - where is my package?
Once your ideel.com order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. It can take 24–72 hours for tracking to update online once your item has shipped.
