девушки, в продолжении истории с кольцом опять обращаюсь к вам за помощью - может ктото сталкивался. продавец вернул мне полностью деньги, но написал жалобу в usps о повреждении товара в процессе доставки и теперь просит от меня каким-то чудо-образом подтвердить факт повреждения на нашей почте!?
You are very welcome! The US Postal Service said to just bring the package,ring and label with the tracking number.
Your local post office will enter in the tracking number to link the damage claim to the one I opened today. You can tell them I contacted the US Postal Service and they asked that you bring the item and package to see it to help with the claim. I haven't needed to do this before but they told me that's all you need to do
звонила в емс - естественно меня послали лесом... когда ввожу трек - там пишут что доставлено и все, никакого claim тоже не вижу...
пытаюсь объяснить продавцу что такого у нас в России не получишь, а он:

Here is the info that states what to do from usps.com. You can print it out and bring it with you along with everything else. It should help.
What if I’m the recipient of a damaged international shipment?
If you receive an article that was sent from abroad that is damaged or has some contents missing, take it to any Post Office™ right away. Be sure to bring the item, the mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents.
The Post Office will verify the damage and have you complete a claim form. The package may have to be returned to its country of origin to complete this claim.
PS: с английским у меня все ок, но что наша почта должна подтвердить в упор не понимаю... нет же никакого запроса....???
блин, лучше б деньги не возвращал, чем такие головняки с нашей почтой теперь биться.........
МОЖЕТ КТО СТАЛКИВАЛСЯ - О ЧЕМ РЕЧЬ И ГДЕ ВООБЩЕ ТРЕБОВАТЬ ЭТО ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЕ, НА ЧТО ССЫЛАТЬСЯ????
