форумчане объясните сколько ждать возврат денег ну или каких нибудь действий, 8 дней назад прислали письмо что мои посылки возвращаются к ним и когда вернутся то они мне вышлют подтверждение что деньги вернут, сегодня написала что хотелось бы побыстрее разрешить ситуацию, а они мне ту же ерунду, какие у меня должны быть действия деньги то немаленькие за два заказа, а и распродажа началась, писала через форум в контакте...

I have checked the status of your parcel and can see that it is on its way back to our warehouse.
Parcels are returned to us because the carrier has not been able to locate the address, have left a calling card and have not received a response or due to the parcel being refused at the delivery address.
As the parcel is already on its way back, we're not able to stop this and have it sent back to you. Once received back here, we will refund the cost of the items and send you an email to confirm when this has been done.
If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through the website as normal as I can't take your order directly via email for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag.
