I have taken a look at your account, and I can confirm that your order, *******, has been unsuccessful. This is because your card issuer declined the payment
We should have sent you an automated email already about this, so I'm sorry if you have not received it. This could be because your email software decided it was junk mail, and sent it to your spam folder. Please check your mail settings and make asos.com a ‘safe’ sender, to stop this happening again.
It is also possible that we may have the wrong email address for you. Sign in to My Account and make sure the email address listed is your usual email address, spelt correctly, with the right suffix (.com, .co.uk, etc)…
If your email address or any other detail is wrong, just hit the edit button and make any changes you need to make.
We don't decline debit/credit cards ourselves – we were informed of this by your bank. Unfortunately, this means we can't give you any more information on this matter, so you'll need to contact your bank if you have any other questions.
If an order is unsuccessful, we put the items back into stock, rather than holding them. As your card has not been debited for this order, you are welcome to try to place the order again.
