Подскажите, пожалуйста. Покупал полупальто, было написано у них на сайте, что 100 процентов шерсть, оказалось 70. Плюс торчали нитки. Я им это написал. Отправил обратно, 12 апреля 2011 вернули деньги за полупальто G Star Correct Pea Coat. Но только за него, а за отправку нет. Они что-то писали про скан и факс, я ответил, что у меня нет скана и факса. Но я сделал фотографии ниток, которые торчали, этикетки, и квитанции за отправку. Я их даже на разные сервисы загружал и по электронной почте отправлял.

I’ve had a look and can confirm that your refund was processed on 08/04/2011, and sent to the account you used to place your order.
We have already sent the money, but depending on what bank you're with, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. Unfortunately we can’t speed up the process, but your card issuer should be able to provide you with more information.
A refund confirmation e-mail should have been sent by us. If you didn’t receive the previous email, this could be because the junk mail filter on your email thought it was spam, and deleted it. If you make asos.com a ‘safe’ sender in your email settings, you won’t have this problem in future.
