I received emails that you received and refunded my return, sended to you via mail June 11, 2011, mail ID RA177094333RU. This letters confirming that you have received the following items:
* [ZDRWO1396785] ASOS Midi Dress with Full Skirt - Navy / UK 10/US 6/FR 38/EU 38 (order 31169466 of 06 May 2011, refunded 45.00 GBP);
* [ZFODR1510345] River Island '50s Check Dress - Multi / UK 12/US 8/FR 40/EU 40 (order No 30105103 of April 08, 2011, refunded 35.99 GBP);
However, I sent with this parcel one more item they you have sent to me instead of [ZBLAD981940] ASOS Mix and Match Twist Front Padded Bandeau from order No 31545386 of May 16, 2011. Did you receive it and when you give refund for it to me?

Дело в том, что эта третья была прислана по ошибке (не та вещь, это написано в первом письме), по этой причине решили попросить вернуть денег за пересылку, написали вот такое письмо:

But what about "ASOS Mix and Match Twist Front Padded Bandeau" from order No 31545386 of May 16, 2011 - do you receive it or not? I send it in one package with other items, that you have already refunded.
Let me remind you that instead "ASOS Mix and Match Twist Front Padded Bandeau" (product code ZBLAD981940, order No 31545386 of May 16, 2011) you sent me the wrong item. I sent it in same package with items "ASOS Midi Dress with Full Skirt - Navy / UK 10/US 6/FR 38/EU 38" and "River Island '50s Check Dress - Multi / UK 12/US 8/FR 40/EU 40", the money for which you refund to me.
Also I would like to return cost of shipment to my bank card. With this email I attach a postal check (the amount of shipping was 313.40 Russian rubles). и приложили чек с почты.

I’ve had a look and can confirm that your refund for "ASOS Mix and Match Twist Front Padded Bandeau" was processed on 04/07/2011, and sent to the account you used to place your order.
We have already sent the money, but depending on what bank you're with, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. Unfortunately we can’t speed up the process, but your card issuer should be able to provide you with more information.
A refund confirmation e-mail should have been sent by us. If you didn’t receive the previous email, this could be because the junk mail filter on your email thought it was spam, and deleted it. If you make asos.com a ‘safe’ sender in your email settings, you won’t have this problem in future.

Сколько не читаю - не врублюсь. что они хотели сказать, такое ощущение, что вообще не в тему, что имеют ввиду возврат за купальник, а не за пересылку.
