Сделала заказа сегодня в 3 часа...в 11 уже прислали письмо, что все отправлили
Асос меня удивил...тьфу тьфу чтоб не сглазить..заказала платья на новогдний корпаратив...а туфли мои от 23 августа...все ползут ко мне

Моя посыль от 28 августа...так и не дошла...может конечно и "рано" паниковать....но там туфли...осень на исходе, но впереди НГ..хотелось пощеголять на корпаративчике
Написала им письмо, с просьбой выслать дубликат посылки прислали в ответ:

General information about Deliveries:
Please note we ship orders late in the evening, so it’s quite usual to receive your Despatch Confirmation at this time. If your order has been dispatched with a carrier other than UK Royal Mail or INTL Air Mail, you can follow its journey by clicking on the delivery link, included in your Dispatch Confirmation Email. You can also keep an eye on it by clicking here, and logging into your account.
For all other orders despatched, please click here for a reminder on our delivery timescales. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 9pm in the UK and between 9am and 5pm overseas.
The driver will always attempt to deliver your parcel and if no one is available to accept it, they will assess whether there is a safe location or leave it with neighbours. If you have been left a calling card, there will be details of how you can contact the Carrier directly.
If you haven’t received your ASOS order yet, please check the expected delivery date on your Order Confirmation. If this date has lapsed, we would ask you to wait a few more days to allow for any delay from the courier. If your Order hasn’t arrived and it is a few days past your expected delivery date, please get back in touch and we will look into it for you.
General information about ASOS Returns:
As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Please be advised that Sale items are returnable under our Returns Policy.

Please note that it can take between 7 and 28 days for us to receive your returned parcel and we will process your request for a replacement or refund within 24 hours of receipt.
If you require a replacement...
If you have asked for a replacement this will processed within 24 hours of receipt. This is subject to available stock and you will receive an email when your replacement goods have been packed and dispatched. Replacements are sent using the same delivery service as the original order. If your requested replacement is not in stock, we will automatically refund you and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
If you require a refund...
Once we have processed your returned goods, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirming the details of what we have refunded. The refund will automatically be processed back to the card used to make the original purchase and can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your returned parcel.

If you’ve already allowed 28 days and haven’t yet received an email letting you know your return has been processed, please get back in touch by replying to this email and attach your proof of posting or fax it to us on 01442 835850, including your order number. We will then sort out your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
