да это самое обидное! мне кажется надо писать в хусейл! пусть они знают что туту творится с доставкой!
пусть они требуют с емс возвращения денег за доставку и возвращают их на наш акаунт!!!!! написала им гневное письмо! не знаю что ответят... советую всем у кого такие же проблемы написать в хусейл.. вдруг это пробьет эту непрошибаемую стену((((
My order W2010120336649 was shipped more than 20 days ago by Ems express and i still dont have it
(EE403314066CN tracking). I called to Ems and they told me to write you because you should ask EMS to return some money for the shipping
and then you should return money to my account (just for the shipping not for the goods) because you MUST deliver my order no more than for 20 days as it is said on your website.
EMS says that they are not going to deliver it to me till middle of JANUARYYYY because they have too many parcels and they cant deliver it in time.
But I paid $60 so please contact them and tell them they MUST NOT break the rules of shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is dishonest and bold of them. By the way you Know there are hundreds of people like me here in russia who also made their orders from your shop by EMS and still can't get their orders and all of them are going to return their money for the shipping!!!!! and write to paypal! so it is in your interests to MAKE EMS WORK PROPERLY, because we are really angry and furious! just imagine! there are presents for my sister and my best friend for New Year and christmas! and EMS says I won't get my order till middle of JANUARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!the same situation with other people!
Iwill wait for your answer tomorrow and then I'm going to write to paypal to return the money for the shipping...please do your best to help me not to take such measures!!!!!!
