Девушки,подскажите,пожалуйста..уже давно заказываю с асоса,но с таким сталкиваюсь в первый раз,так что растерялась не на шутку.Сделала вчера заказ,деньги сняли,все ок,а ночью приходит такое письмо:

спасайте!!!понятно,что он предлагает мне перезаказать!но деньги то у меня уже сняли за этот заказ!и как доказывать банку,что покупка не удалась?
