написала в ВС о пропавшей посылки с просьбой вернуть деньги. 30окября ответили

насколько я поняла,то мне вышлют дубль из тех вещей что есть в наличии, а за недостающие вернут деньги. Но на сегодняшний день ни денег , ни отправленных вещей.((
