I’ve sent out a replacement for you, free of charge. This should be with you by 31/08/2012 and will be sent to the original delivery address – sorry, we're not able to send it to any other address. You’ll receive an email, when your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
You don’t have to worry about returning the faulty item to us. We’d like it if you could dispose of it in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
