Коллеги дорогие, помогите разобраться!
Ситуация: вчера купила на Виктории пару вещичек, скидочные купоны не применила. Не спрашивайте почему - мой косяк
Вобщем, когда я увидела, что купила без скидки - сразу же пишу письмо в службу обслуживания заказов и прошу отменить мой заказ по той причине, что я забыла применить скидки.
Сегодня получаю два письма: первое, что заказ отшиплен, трек-номер такой-то..
Второе, чуть позже, с вот таким содержанием:
Thank you, so very much, for taking the time to contact us. You asked to cancel your order since your special offers were not applied. It is my privilege to respond to you personally.
I was unable to cancel your order as it has shipped on January 9,2013. Your package is expected to arrive on or before January 17,2013.

Вобщем, я все поняла, кроме одного момента:
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Что такое 1-2 биллинг цикла и куда эти деньги мне упадут?
