Я сделала сегодня заказ, мне очень жаль если я перекрыла артерию, но вот что они написали спустя буквально 2 часа уже после подтверждения заказа :

I can see from your account history that you have placed several orders in the past by putting Belarus in as the destination country. This has resulted in delays, lost parcels and other issues.
As Marks & Spencer does not offer delivery to the Ukraine at this time, if you continue to place orders online, we will not be able to replace lost orders or refund for items which are not delivered.
