девочки, получила ответ от РР, помогите с переводом, поняла только, что им надо какой то шестизначный ПИН - ВЕБ код, а куда и какой???

2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. In the Account Information column, click the 'Identification
Preferences' link.
4. Click 'Create' next to the Customer Service PIN.
5. Create and confirm your PIN. Click 'Done'. Please note: To generate a
secure PIN you cannot repeat digits or enter strings such as 123456.
The Web PIN is a randomly generated six digit number that will be
displayed when you log into your PayPal account, and access the 'Contact
Us' page. The Web PIN is valid for one hour from the time of issuance.
To generate a Web PIN, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
2. Click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page.
3. Click 'Call us' in the 'Speak to us' section.
4. The six digit Web PIN is now being displayed. It's valid for 1 hour.
Note: If you forget your Customer Service PIN, you will need to create a
new one as it cannot be recovered.

Нет. Это второй раз такая фигня выходит.
Первый раз когда оплачивал, после оплаты появилась это сообщение. Я 3-4дня ждал, но результата не было. И мы с продавцом договорились от оплате напрямую через paypal(ввел его почту и перечислил ему средства). И вот вчера приобрел новый лот и такая же проблема.
тогда стоит наверно позвонить в банк, может с их стороны какие-то препятствия. хотя вроде бы карты привата нормально работают в интернете...
Дождик, во-первых смотрите в каком браузере делаете... порой от этого зависит...Так же посмотрите какая у вас карта, достаточно ли на ней средств..и опять же от суммы зависит, слышала, что Палка не всегда для первого заказа позволяет расплачиваться круглой суммой...

Подскажите, пожалуйста: почему- то не снимаются деньги со счета РР, а снимаются с карточного счета, где их недостаточно. Обычно вначале снимаются деньги со счета, а если не хватает, то уже с карточного.
подскажите, а виртуальную карту можно в пейпале сделать основной? просто у меня сейчас в качестве основной значится карта Космополитан, не подходящая для этой системы и поэтому непроверенная.

evka, а там есть два способа возврата - один напрямую(быстрый), второй - через систему карты(визу, мастер), вот он долгий, до 45 дней могут возвращаться...., причём один и тот же магазин может использовать разные способы возврата....
Nurka_xxx, а карта у вас какая привязана? И конвертация у вас какая стоит? Если через ПП конвертация, то будет две конвертации, а если по банку - то одна ( у меня так, по крайней мере).

katy310, на счёте палки всегда 0!!! Поскольку мы не можем иметь там средств. Все средства как были на карте, так на ней и есть.

Lenochka, Девочки, можно позвонить на горячую линию банка и узнать причину отказа, при каждой попытке банку приходит отказ и причина октаза. Возможно дело в лимите, который устанавливается на карте.
А так же в банке. Попробуйте на ПП написать в службу поддержки, мне ответил живой человек и сказал что мы сами не можем понять почему система отказывает. Возможно у нас все одинаковые случаи) Удачи вам)
