Дело в том, что они мне практически следом все два раза присылаю письмо вот такого содержания:

A. How do I change my name? (account for personal use)
You can change the name on your account only if there is an error or if you legally changed your name. You cannot change the name on your account to another person's name.
We'll notify you by email when we complete the name change on your account.
Here's how you change the name on your account:

2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.

4. Select the type of change you would like to make and click 'Continue.'

You can change the contact name on your Business account. The contact name should be your name, not your business's name.
To change your contact name, provide the following documents:
• A copy of a valid photo identification showing your new name (a driver's license, a passport, or any other government-issued photo identification).
• A letter on company stationery showing the primary email address, the current name, the postal address, and the phone number on your PayPal Business account. In your letter, include the reason for the name change and the new contact name.
Here's how to change the contact name on your Business account:
1. Go to
www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Update' beside 'Business information'.
4. Click 'Change Name'.

If you don't use PayPal to conduct business, you can change your account to an account for personal use.
D. How do I manage users on my Business account?
You can add secondary users to your Business account and select their access privileges.
To add additional users and to manage their permissions, follow these steps:

4. Click 'Get Started' beside 'Manage Users'.

Т.е. инструкцию с разными вариантами решения моей прооблемы. Подходит пункт 1. Но в инструкции: зайти в профиль и напротив "имя" зажать "изменить". На самом деле такого не предлагается.
И кроме этого письма ничего не приходит даже по истечении 2-3 дней.
