а если больше 20 вещей заказывать, это вообще у них опт считается, и они еще дают скидки, надо с ними связываться
Я набрала в корзину 25 вещей и скинула список им по почте с просьбой озвучить сумму к оплате со скидкой за опт. Ответ был таков:
"Firstly for the purpose of customs we will declare your parcel as a gift and declare a value of nothing more than £30, the invoice does not state the value of the items. At the moment we have a discount available where customers can save 20%, if you enter PROCOUP20 at the checkout then it will deduct 20% from the order, in all honestly we would struggle to discount the stock by more than this, we do not have huge margins on our products-we prefer to sell our goods at a low price to begin with rather than have them more expensive and discount them. As for shipping-it is difficult, as per our terms and conditions we normally only allow 10 items in a parcel-this is becuase we are limited to a weight of 2KG with Royal Mail, we provide an 'International Signed For' for an additional £2.00 per parcel, you can add this in the International Customers section of our site, by adding this we are able to provide you with a Royal mail tracking number. If you can provide me with a list of the items that you wish to buy then I will give you a more accurate shipping cost. Sorry that the shipping is so complex, rest assured we will always provide the best possible price on shipping-quite often International shipping ends up costing us money!
The other alternative to make things more simple-is that we would ship your item for free with a tracking number providing you do not use the discount code, therefore if you just pay the price that you see on the website as a one off we would ship the items to Russia with a tracking number for no extra charge. If you choose to do this simply enter 'Collection' as your delivery method."
Далее на мой вопрос о стоимости доставки последовал след. ответ:
"Thanks for contacting us, the minimum delivery charge that we could accept for this shipment would be £30 if you were happy for it to come via Royal Mail in 3 packets (with tracking number) or £38 if you wish to have the parcel delivered as one packet by a courier (with tracking number) we would declare all parcels as gifts and not include prices on the delivery note"
Так что никакой скидки за опт не дали

А во-вторых по доставке - в моем случае получается, что сумма, которую они озвучили за доставку 25 вещей - это почти тоже самое, что 3 посылки * (7,95 + 2 за трекинг) = 29,85 фунта
я сама так эти 2 фунта добавляла, они мне так сами сказали сделать, у меня все получилось. Вы в доставке выбрали "Коллекция"? Попробуйте еще раз. А может они уже собрали и отправили ваш заказ? Тогда действительно уже не получится добавить.
