спасибо) если честно то паникую сильно, так как понимаю что доказать все очень сложно...написала им про то что может есть вторая коробка, прислали пустое письмо(

Second of all, If you've reiceved some of items please check your box on the paper and you can check how many boxies will be delivered to you.
So please check carefully and if that was the only one box you would received but still haven't received rests of the items :
For verificatation, we need a photo including the whole package and label
stickers (transaction number, etc) as an evidence.
