Все таки техподдержка мне ответила..
Dear Customer,
Your order was completed and shipped on December 13th via USPS 1st class international mail.
Please note that you did not purchase shipping with tracking therefore we do not have tracking information to provide you at this time.
Once an order is sent, we have no control over USPS processing method and the safety of your mailbox.
We will file a claim with USPS today. Please allow 7 business days for USPS processing time.
Please note that if the custom office holds your package, it may take up to 40 business days to receive your order.
Thank You.
В палке они вообще не отвечают...Переводить диспут в претензию или еще подождать???
