мне тоже не отвечают уже неделю!написала им о возврате, они ответили один единственный раз ерунду какую то:

We want to assure you that we are currently processing returned goods within 24 hours of receiving them into our Returns Warehouse, however we are finding that Royal Mail are experiencing difficulties returning the parcels to us due to the ongoing adverse weather conditions in our area.
If you’ve already allowed 10 working days (not including weekends) and haven’t yet received an email letting you know your return has been processed, please allow a further 4 working days for the return to be processed. After this you can get back in touch with us and we will sort out the problem for you immediately. Please attach your proof of posting to the email, or fax it to us on 01442 835850, including your order number.
Please note that our collection service is currently unavailable, however if you are a UK customer you can return your order free of charge using the Freepost label on your Returns note. For more information on returns please click here.

If you have asked for a replacement:
We will issue you with a replacement as soon as your return has been processed. This is subject to available stock and you will receive an email when your replacement goods have been packed and dispatched. Replacements are sent using the same delivery service as the original order.
If your requested replacement is not in stock, we will automatically refund you and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
If you’ve asked for a refund:
Once we have processed your returned goods, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirming the details of what we have refunded. The refund will automatically be processed back to the card used to make the original purchase and can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is.
