Please follow the return policy form that came with your package.
Make sure to have your Rma number before you send anything back to us.

You will need to create an account if you have not already done so.
If you cannot login it means you never set up an account with us.
Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box or else it will be refused.
Any packages returned without the Rma number written outside of the shipping
box will automatically be refused as well.
Once we receive your package back we will reimburse your UPS ground shipping
service and you may request for either an exchange or refund.
Please note that all returned items will be inspected and the final decision
will be made by our Rma department.
We will email you once we receive your return package.
