Помогите разобраться пожалуйста.
Сделала заказ на алиэкспрессе, продавец выслал трек. Трек оказался фейковый. Написала об этом продавцу, он всё отрицал.
сегодня получила сообщение:

We just received a note from the post office that your package hold by the custom for some unknown reason. We are always communicate with them to resolve problem.
As this item is out of stock now, we cannot send another package to you. Would you like to choose other products? or give me your paypal account i can refund you.

Диспут открыть не получается, система выдаёт You can "Open Dispute" 5 days after the seller ships your item(s). If you have any questions about the order, please contact the seller.
