I've been a regular customer with 6pm and i never had any problems dealing with them but that's about to change now. I bought 3 pairs of converse 3 weeks ago and just today while I was browsing I've noticed that the prices had dropped of which I've paid $127.50 more than what I've paid for originally. So as any normal customer would do - they would have to ask for a price adjustment. I mean saving isn't a bad thing at all. But to my surprise they wouldn't do the price adjustment instead they are asking me to send the shoes back and order them again. Wouldn't that be the same thing as doing a price adjustment. For me it is really unacceptable and frustrating. FYI I haven't use the shoes yet. I hope this kind of issues can be resolve.
