Эх, вот ответ по моей ДПД от 29 июня
"I am afraid our courier has advised that unfortunately your parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
Parcels are returned to us because the carrier has not been able to locate the address, have left a calling card and have not received a response or due to the parcel being refused at the delivery address.
As the parcel is already on its way back, we're not able to stop this and have it sent back to you. Once received back here, we will refund the cost of the items and send you an email to confirm when this has been done.
If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through the website as normal as I can't take your order directly via email for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag."
Вот как понять, посылка у них на складе уже или только должна придти? Уже месяц блин прошел

И можно их как-то попросит побыстрей обработать этот возврат и деньги перечислить, что бы я могла заказать то что осталось?
