Мне от Asos пришло такое сообщение "As you may already be aware, there have been recent changes in the way parcels are cleared through customs. These changes have resulted in a significant delay and backlog of all parcels going into Russia
We have been assured by our carrier that parcels are being cleared daily, but are not able to give you a specific time frame due to the high numbers waiting to be processed. In the meantime you may wish to contact your local customs office for further advice and to find out how these changes affect your parcel.
We will continue to update you as and when we have new information or until you have received your ASOS goods.
