По секрету скажу- все ещё хуже- хитрый дпд-российская сторона- честно призналось Асосу , что растаможка занимает до 3-х месяцев. и АСОС радостно теперь об этом сообщает и предлагает набраться терпения и ждать..Одна радость- 3 месяца скоро пройдут.. Что потом интересно делать??Асос отвечает отписками, что ждет ответ от дпд.

Топочка, Поделитесь опытом какое письмо писали чтоб вернули деньги? Я не могу достучаться до них никак!!! Пишу второй день, они меня игнорят...

Please note that it can take between 7 and 28 days for us to receive your returned parcel and we will process your request for a replacement or refund within 24 hours of receipt.

If you have asked for a replacement this will processed within 24 hours of receipt. This is subject to available stock and you will receive an email when your replacement goods have been packed and dispatched. Replacements are sent using the same delivery service as the original order. If your requested replacement is not in stock, we will automatically refund you and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.

Once we have processed your returned goods, we will issue a refund and send you an email confirming the details of what we have refunded. The refund will automatically be processed back to the card used to make the original purchase and can take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on who your card issuer is. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your returned parcel.

На мой вопрос, посылка 2 частями пошла или одной ответили. Что посылку выслали, и одной частью. Вот сижу и думаю, как они выслали(( А там такая сумка Теда Бейкера(( Еле-еле ее поймала в субботу!(
