В общем сервис ужасный!
Написал в службу поддержки письмо, что мол нет апрельских посылок. На что мне ответили:

After checking your orders and confirming that you’ve not received them, I have processed a replacement for you which should be with you by 24/04/2012. It will be sent to the original delivery address (we're not able to replace it to any other address).
You’ll shortly receive a despatch confirmation email.

Т.е. получается заказываешь, в аккаунте написано что все отправлено, ждешь, нету, пишешь письмо, а оказывается, что этих вещей нет в наличии и они не были тебе отправлены. Прекрасный сервис
