Я получила посылку с амазона,в которой в числе прочих была футболка Левис за 25$ ужасного качества.Только что написала им об этом,еще и фото прилепила,минут через 20 пришел ответ

Они пишут что им очень жаль,что так получилось,и что футболка адидас не соответствует заявленному качеству.Но я писала о своей футболке Левис,а Адидас-это мужа,и к ней притензий нет.Они пишут,что вернут деньги и им не надо присылать эту футболку.
Что мне делать,как-то написать,что это не та футболка или тогда все запутается,стоят они одинаково
А вообще,я даже не ожидала,что они все так решат.Просто молодцы.И еще раз убедилась,что нужно оплачивать все самой,тогда и вопросы все будут решаться оперативно
