Вопрос в следующем: заказал лазерный дальномер. Оплатил. Но после пришло на почту письмо следующего содержания:

если я все правильно понял то с тебя просят письмо в котором ты подпишешься что не будешь вывозить этот товар за территорию США и Канады-) так как это регламентируется экспортной комиссией и его просто не выпустят-)
и как всегда в таких случаях возврат товара не возможен в магазин-))
