Russia is one of the countries where delays updating the confirmation date of parcel(s).
So most of customers face difficulties of tracking their parcels.
It could take about 10 to max. 30 days for EMS Russia to update the delivery status for your parcel, so please be patient with us.
We are sorry to inform you that we have asked for a trace with your Ems no. (EM99***9430KR) at EMS Center and we have to wait for the result. It might take more than 2 weeks.
