По поводу доставки не понятно чем они отправляют?

Can I get a copy of the invoice and airway bill number which was sent my order?
Without proper tracking number I can not get their order.

В общем получается замкнутый круг. Дают номер обычной почты в то же время говорят что отправили DHL.
Одна посылка не дошла, после 1,5 месяцев путешествия вернуласб к ним обратно. Деньги вернули на карту в течении 5 дней включая стоимость доставки.

не-а, а стоит ли? я тоже не очень сильна, но как-нибудь изъяснюсь. Читала на другом форуме кто-то уже звонил и ничего толком от девушки на другом конце провода не добились.
Я бы хотела узнать существует ли общество защиты прав потребителей интернет-магазинов в США. И написать сразу им письмо или позвонить. Тк меня достало писать каждую неделю в ТХ. Очень хочется вернуть свои 300 с хвостиком баксов обратно. Жалко
есть возможность поставить уведомление о получении??
Томми не принимает наши карты, деньги Ваши захолдированы, через 30 дней вернутся на карту. Их никто не списал. Больше не пытайтесь у них покупать, они даже посредников карты не принимают американские, адреса им уже известны.
