Девочки я сделала заказ в понедельник, они его сразу отправили, и в понедельник же после отправки я попросила код на 10 долл применить. они ответили что с радостью применят) так вот, какие мои дальнейшие действия? ждать когда 10 долл на карту кинут?? в ордере у меня ничего не изменилось.
Леди-Леди, вообще-то прайс аджастмент означает, что с вас сняли деньги, а потом вернули. Так что сначала они снимут, а потом уже пишите письма, чтобы вернули разницу. Оператор вообще не может подправить цену беков, возвраты по прайс аджастменту просто фиксируются в заказе у них в системе, но цены-то они не меняют.
Gulja, мне их вообще НИ РАЗУ не ложили...за все время. Скидочный код приходил всего ОДИН раз года полтора назад. А может, их просто тырят?

Девочки, скажите, пожалуйста, код SP1020029 действует на вещи с клиранса? Я сделала заказ, на Preorder Page мне его посчитали (-30$), а списали без его учета... Стоит ли пишать им жаловаться?

никуда не надо вводить.вам должны были прислать по почте ссылку,чтобы активировать егифт карту.как только активировали,при чекауте будет уже прописана номинал егифт карты,насколько я помню, рядом нужно будет только нажать кнопку apply, т.е. применить, и усе
