We are still very busy with the sale, and thanks for all your orders.
We won’t manage to answer mails before any challenges are resolved and questions answered!
Many of you already had your questions answered via Facebook, phone, chat or email. And many of you have already received your new products J
To ensure that we can prioritize those of you who still lack a reply from us or have not had your question answered by reading the bottom of this email, we ask you to either call or resend the mail that you lack a reply to. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible. However, please be aware that there may be a long wait on our phones.
We are, of course, very sorry that this has caused frustration and subsequently so many questions in need of answers.
Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions:
• Order history and return label are again available under "my page"
• It is not possible to make changes to your order
• Receipt of Mobilepay does not mean that your order is complete. This is just a notice that you acknowledge allowing us to withdraw money from your account when we receive your order
• Mobilepay is currently not a payment option
• If you have not received your goods or an invoice concerning purchases on 9, 10 or 11 June, we have not received your order
• If you have not received your confirmation please check your spam filter or "my page"
• Our turnaround time is right now 3-10 weekdays
• Unfortunately we are not able to speed up your order.
• If you find that the ordered goods are not received, it is because they are sold out. The massive pressure on our new website led to many orders queueing up, which was the cause the oversale we have unfortunately determined. Oversale means that we have sold items that were already sold out
