Ситуация на сегодняшний день такова. Я предоставила продавцу видео того, как я вскрывала посылку. Он мне пишет:

I see when you firstly open the phone box, the phone screen is upside. second, I always pack the phone with a plastic bag when send out, and i see when you open the box, the phone plastic bag was missing. This is strange. but I know it is not your problem, i thought there were something happened during shipment, maybe the customs open the parcel and did something. Now can you please send the problem phone back asap, and when i receive the return tracking number from you, I promise to send you a new phone immediately without waiting for the return phone. and for the return shipping cost, please let me know the exactly amount when you send the phone back, and I will pay you the money. I do sorry for such inconvenience, hope for your understand and forgiveness.

The G510 phone is still available from our supplier. we removed it from our store, so on our store it say "Sorry, this item is no longer available!" and our manager said your original order G510 is a resistive screen phone, this time we can send you a new capacitance screen G510 phone to make up the inconvenience. I do hope you will like the new phone and will cancel the dispute when we fix the problem for you. thank you.

Вот этого я и боялась. Откуда у меня гарантия, что он оплатит мне отправку?
И второе, Али же сразу прикроет спор, после того как он мне даст новый трек номер.
Где гарантия, что он мне что-то вышлет, а не напишет левый трек? И что вышлет то, что обещает.
Как и что мне написать? Подскажите пожалуйста, уж очень не хочется остаться с носом.
