Оно СОВСЕМ не похоже на то что на сайте и на Карен Милен.
Др.цвет, материал, фасон, я бы не купила такое если бы продавец правильно его описал у себя!!!! ШЛО 80 ДНЕЙ!!!!!
Открыла диспут, потому что за 55,5 баксов мне не нужна плохая подделка, не похожая на оригинал.
Я в Москве купила платье за 600р оно и то было намного лучше этого!((
Блестящая черная ткань - полное извращение, у КМ ткань матовая и скрывает бока, а не подчеркивает(((((((
Продавец возвращать 25,5 баксов (мое первое требование) не захотел.
Но согласился вернуть все деньги, если я отправлю ему товар обратно за свой счет. И вернет мне деньги только получения посылки.

Открыла диспут, запрашивала сначала 25,5$, потом 35, потом 40...каждый раз когда он отказывался, я увеличивала сумму.
Потом я перевела диспут в Спор, написав:
Dear Sirs,
I want to return USD40 (no returning goods). The ordered item does not correspond with description and photos provided on the supplier's webpage: color, material and design are different from the original. The original dress is made of matte fabric, the fake I've received shines. And it supposed to be an ornament on the original dress. Also the quality of the material is absolutely hideous in the real life, it feels like an old rag, it looks and feels the same accordingly. The supplier confirmed that they sold an item of poor quality, and fake to be added, they just sewed on the label. I paid for the dress in full in January, have been waiting for 3 months of delivery and I do not wish to wait for the same amount of time to retrieve my funds back. Such poor quality clothes could be bought for less money and time. Take into account moral damage, delivery penatly and poor quality of the good I claim 40$ to be returned to me without return of this good.

И через 11 дней жалобу Али удовлетворил в мою пользу:
This claim has been resolved as of today and we have issued a refund USD40 to the buyer. The reason for the refund is as follows: As buyer and seller couldn't make an agreement, a refund is issued as per the previous suggestion we gave. Normally the buyer will receive the refund within 7 calendar days.
