5. Do you use a browser plug-in product called Ad-Block Plus?
6. Are you using any anti-spyware/anti-virus software and which ones if so?
7. Are you utilizing other rewards or cash-back based sites on each purchase through Mr. Rebates?

кэш начислили вручную и порекомендовали:

Ad-Block Plus is known to cause tracking issues. You will need to remove the plug-in or use an Internet browser without that program.
In the meantime, I have credited this purchase to your account. The manual adjustment now appears in your Pending Rebates section.
You can still use Firefox if you remove Ad-Block Plus. Otherwise, please use Internet Explorer or Safari. Most of our customers have fewer issues when they use Safari.
P.S. перевод не привожу - вроде и так всё понятно: предлагают использовать браузеры в которых нет
