Девочки ничего немогу понять что мне делать! Мне неправельно прислали вещь я от нее отказалась и попросила вернуть деньги в ответ они написали ето:

А потом прислали такое письмо:

Я поняла что мне нужно вернуть вещь и спросила их о том кто будет оплачивать возврат и не будет вичтена многоуровневая скидка, в ответ они написали:
