Our returns process is much easier now, as we no longer require an RMA#. Simply print, read and fill out the attached return form and include it with the merchandise you are returning. Be sure to pack the completed form, all original packing/cases/tags/shoe boxes, and a copy of the original invoice with your return item. All returns must be shipped inside a packing box/envelope or they will be refused at the buyer’s expense. Store Policy:
• All returns/exchanges can be made within 45 Days from the purchase date. (Holiday Return/Exchange Period: November orders can be returned until January 31st of the following year, and December orders can be returned until March 2nd of the following year)
• All merchandise being returned must be in its original condition (New/Unused/Unworn/Unwashed), and must be returned with its original shoe box or sunglasses case or price tags and/or accessories. If the tags, cases, accessories are missing and/or the original shoe box is damaged, a 20% fee will either be deducted from the refund amount or must be paid prior to shipping and exchange item.
• Shipping fees are NON-Refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Also returns will be denied at the buyer’s expense if there are obvious signs of use and/or damage.
Refunds: Please allow up to 5 business days for Amazon to disburse the refund amount to the method of payment used to make the purchase. If you do not receive your refund within this time please contact Amazon buyer support directly at 866-216-1072.
