Заблокировалось 400дол. трижды, я в шоке деньги не мои свой лимит исчерпала, карта Альфа-банка ей уже оплачивала, ждать сказали 2недели.

Thank you for contacting us.
Your order has not been placed successfully because all of your trials for
making payments for your order has failed.
As we checked, we found 7 failed payment on August. 16 and 17h.
Since we don't capture the amount of money for failed payment transaction,
the amount has been refunded back to your credit card account.
However, sometimes, it takes a while for the credit card company to approve
our recognition of your failed payment trials; from 7 days to maximum 30 days.
But you will eventually able to know that you are not charged for the failed
transactions when you receive your card bill.
For the error that you have faced, please let us know about more information
on the case, so we can help you to solve the problem.
And make sure to delete all the items from your Shopping Cart before you
ord er the items again to prevent same problem.
Also, please make sure to put your credit card's information correctly.

В общем я все поняла, кроме 16-17августа что-то непонятное
