Если все таки заморозил, то банк просит данные корейского банка(надо узнавать у гмаркета) -они с ним свяжутся. Узнают, что и как. Если все нормально, то деньги разблокируют. Надо будет правда пойти в отделении и дополнительно написать заяву..
Как вы думаете, если все таки гмаркет заморозил деньги -может написать в гмаркет, чтобы они их все таки сняли..И что это действительно мой заказ. А заказ из кеша отменили.
Или сняли эти деньги, и дооформили заказ который висит с оплатой из кеша?
Странно конечно, что Ваш банк незнает сняли деньги или нет....
Но как правило если неудачный заказ, то деньги просто замораживаются, но вы в принципе можете написать в Gmarket и попросить их перевести их вам в кешбалланс, если ето вам надо...
мне мой банк возвращает деньги на карточку через 10 дней, если неприходит подтверждение....

Since we don't capture the amount of money for failed payment transactions, the amount have been refunded back to your credit card account. However, sometimes, it takes a while for the credit card company to approve our recognition of your failed payment trials; from 7 days to maximum 30 days. But you will eventually able to know that you are not charged for the failed transactions when you receive your card bill. Some of customers ask us to write the confirmation letter to their banks and credit card companies, but we want you to know that we DID NOT capture any amount of your failed payments once again, and till your bank receives our recognition of failed payments, we are not able to send them any letter. Even if we do, it will take at least a week for them to proceed the cancellation process on your failed payments, and the period time of processing cancellation will be same as waiting for your bank to get the recognition of refunded payments.
So please kindly wait for the procedure to be completed.
We know that you want to get back your failed payments as soon as possible, yet we really need you to wait till the procedure gets done. We'd like to seek for your patience.
If you want to make a payment again, please make sure to delete all the items that are in your shopping cart before you place the order again.
Error code -7 occurs when you choose option or set other choice for the item wrongly.
Please check the items on your shopping cart to see if you forgot to make any optional choices.
Also, we'd like to ask you to delete all the items in your shopping cart, after then, you need to put the items back in your shopping cart and place an order. And please check your personal information on your delivery to see if there are any special characters like # or * etc.
