Так и закончилась моя история ничем.... тишина....
Заказала на сайте kvoll-shoes.com обувь, прислали... но вот с размером ошиблась.... спросила можно ли поменять размер, сказали что можно, но за мой счет обратно слать... выслала.... и началось! месяца два твердили что ничего не получали, потом когда уже стала про суд говорить, сказали, что получили, но уже была осень... даже зима.... выслала в июне - написали, что получили в ноябре! конечно я стала требовать чтобы деньги вернули, но так и не вернули, уже год прошел =( хотя сколько не писала, все отвечали we refund you asap! в итоге 200$ коту под хвост... знала б, что так, то не стала бы менять размер, лучше бы продала....
теперь уже ничего не сделаешь как кажется(
прилагаю переписку...
