My order #... was shipped to Russia via UPS and was arrived me within 5 days. It's SUPER! I'm very happy.
I hope that VS will extend to send express by UPS always. The customers from Russia used international express would like to be sure to recieve their parcells fast and intact. Please provide it and you keep us - your regular customers.
Could you please give the real tracking number by UPS of the orders again? The number from Eshopworld, which I can see in my orders page is not traceable with any of the existing postal/parcel services.

I have recently placed an order № ___ on VS and the order has been delivered by UPS service, which I was very happy about. The order arrived on time (within 5 days), completely intact and there was no problems whatsoever, which otherwise could have been experienced with EMS service (for instance, it usually takes EMS about 30 days to deliver an order), which you company used for a limited amount of time.
Therefore, I want to express my deep and sincere gratitude and appreciation for resuming the availability of UPS delivery for Russian clients, as I am aware that Russian clients have written emails to your company about poor quality of services provided by EMS. Thank you for being loyal and listening to requests from your clients.
I hope that VS will continue using UPS service to deliver orders to Russia, because if you do not, I strongly believe, your customers will stop making orders (I can speak for my broad circle of friends, acquaintances and massive online community), because the service provided by EMS is utterly intolerable.
Additionally, I would like to ask you to provide your customers with the real tracking number (you used to do it earlier). By "real" I mean the one, which can be properly tracked on official UPS website in order to get information where the parcel is at a particular point of time.
