Добрый день, уважаемые форумчане! открыла свой первый спор в Paypal. Получила посылку от магазина HQ Hair, которую я так думаю разбили на 2 части. Одну получила, а вторую нет, на сумму ок. 4000 р. По прошествии 44 дней открыла диспут. Писала продавцу на почту, фейсбук через Paypal, безрезультатно. когда сроки выходили, перевела в претензию. Сейчас мне пришли письма

is a United States phone number, if you are faxing from outside the United

ensure we receive your fax documentation within the next ten days. This
report should be on the law enforcement agency’s letterhead or stamped
police documentation and clearly explain the details of your issue. This
documentation must include the department/officer’s contact information,
the reporting officer's name, badge number and signature.
We need to receive your fax by August 17, 2012 to continue our
investigation. If we don't receive your fax by August 17, 2012, your claim
will be canceled. We're unable to grant extensions to this time period or
reimburse you for any costs or fees related to the requested documents.
Note: Any documents you provide may also be supplied to the seller in your
dispute if necessary.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your
patience and cooperation.
Что за документы у меня просят, какие департаменты? У нас на почте очень сложно хоть какие-то документы получить(
