Important transport damage information:
Prior to accepting a delivery, please check the package for any visible damages (rips, holes or deformation). The carriers often dispute recourse claims on hidden damages which only become visible as the products are unwrapped.
In case you find any visible faults in the wrapping, add a note to
your signature on the electronic signature scanner (e.g., "ripped"
or "much deformed").
Should you find that the goods are actually damaged when you open the package, please contact our Service department (see below for contact information). We will assist you in the next steps to ensure that the goods are replaced free of charge and with as little effort as possible.
How to proceed if one of the following problems applies to a delivery you received:
The delivered product is defective or incompatible
You were sent the wrong package altogether
You were sent the wrong quantity, one or several products, accessories or components are not included at all
You wish to make use of your right to cancel
