Девочки привет! Делаю заказ у них 2ой раз,первый все прошло успешно,сейчас заказала с того же аккаунты и расплатилась той же картой (карта знакомого),но они прислали вот такое письмо :

We do apologize for the inconvenience.
It is our policy to complete verification of your billing name and
address before we can proceed with your order. However, due to your
international credit card status we are unable to readily access your
financial institution.
We would need the below information to proceed with the order.
1. A copy of your credit card statement, concealing all but the last
(4) digits of your card number, and displaying your billing name and
address or a copy of the card itself also concealing all but the last
four digits
2. A copy of your driver's license or government issued
identification card with the cardholder's information.
