I am sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your ASOS order.
We have been advised by our delivery company of a new customs clearance procedure put in place by the Russian government.
This means that all parcels going to Russia can be delayed for upto two weeks in customs.
If you require further information, we would suggest that you contacted your local customs office who will be able to advise further.
We do apologise for the inconvenience this will cause you, please be aware that until the 2 weeks has passed we are unable to assist you further, but I hope that your order is with you soon,
